Hi

Thank you so much for putting this site together. I am chinese and have a lot of interest in using TCM but having grown up in america my chinese is very limited. so thank you for putting this together allowing me to understand what the recipe does and best of all the Hot, warm, cold ingredients section is especially appreciated as I am always guessing what it does.

Greetings,

Thanks for the very informative website.

What is Artemisia (yin chen/茵陳) ?

I found it in the following recipe ...
http://www.nourishu.com/recipes/recipes-for-prevention/beauty-tonic/treat-acne-tea/
but, clicking on the photo for Artemisia (yin chen/茵陳) does not work.

Thank you for your attention.

Hi Henry,

I have read from other website that burdock is not recommended for people with diabetic conditions. Is this correct?

Thanks,
Kim

Hi Kim,

I do not see any contradiction for diabetic to consume burdock because it is a high fiber root with little sugar content.
